What do these sororities have that the others don’t?

They all have beautiful girls and popular girls. Kappa and pi phi girls can party and are hot while chi o and theta have all around girls. Tbh chi o and theta are the ones you want to be in

Aephis do party, yes. BUT they are not as pretty but probably more importantly many are not nice and very full of themselves

All pretty and selective, top tier at Tulane, but Kappa is changing as their seniors graduate and newer members are more well rounded. Pi Phi is similar to Chi O and Theta, but with more east coast girls.

Kappas? Well rounded??? Bwahhhaaa! Actually, the newest PC is full of vapid, airhead socialites who likely paid to get into Tulane mixed with a handful of total nerds who somehow slipped in on bid day much to the shock of the older girls.

This isn't meant to be mean at all because Theta is a great sorority with nice girls, but socially, I wouldn't compare Theta to Kappa, pi phi, or chi o. EXCLUDING OTHER FACTORS, JUST SOCIALLY, these three sororities have really good social schedules/ girls who are fun and like to party. Of course girls in Theta go out and have fun, I just wouldn't say the amount of girls and the level they party is the same as pi phi kappa and chi o. Still an amazing sorority

Tbh, the girls in Pi Phi, Kappa and Theta are way more fun than the Chi Os. When I was going thru recruitment I was actually warned by the Sig Eps not to join Chi O because they’re boring af.

Thetas are smarter than Pi Phi, Kappa, and Chi O, but they also know how to party and go hard and as social as the rest of Big 4. Chi O and Theta have strong alumni who don’t allow them to mix with underground frats. Heard guys like AEPhi more than Kappa and Chi O. AEPhi may not have the prettiest girls, but guys love them. Know for a fact that frats say Chi O Is boring af.
