just decided to rush- help?

I just decided to rush last week. I signed up for all the required programs but I didn't go to preview day and I don't know any current sorority girls. Will probably have a 3.3 gpa with decent campus involvement. Will it be hard to get a bid if I don't know anyone and didn't get my face "out there?"

I rushed last year w/o preview day and got into a “top” sorority - it’s not the biggest deal in the world. Formal recruitment is the biggest make or break time

Yeah as a freshman I was also under the impression that going to preview day was essential to “show your face” but to be honest none of the sororities remember the faces of the girls who attended. You will be fine as long as you make a good impression during real recruitment and you have a set friend group (the sororities like to take groups of friends)
