Sorry sister theta isn’t much more attainable than kappa tbh. Kappas pretty much know who they want before rush starts and so many girls have their hearts set on theta but get cut after the first few rounds. If you ace your classes this sem and really show a lot of interest you’ll be more likely to get into phi mu than the other two

All of the top 4 are hard to get into and there’s absolutely no guarantee of getting into any of them (even if you know girls in them or are a legacy or whatever). The best thing you can do is not get your heart set on any particular one and try to meet as many girls as you can before rush. If they have philanthropy events, def go to those and introduce yourself.
