Kappa and Pi Phi being top is basically based on whats the most desirable for the party girl types.
I put Chi O above Theta because i'd say Chi O annoys less people
AEphi... just yeah...
SDT and Phi Mu attract really different types but are equally attractive in different ways and have solid groups of girls.
ADPi is just still the newest and theyll stay at the bottom until DDD shakes it up

Not sure if I agree about Phi Mu being mid tier yet. Still just slightly higher than ADPi and about 3/4 awkward. AEPhi is dropping rapidly so they are about the same level as SigDelt. Overheard at the Boot that AEPhi lost their Instagram due to questionable posts;) Top for partying and east coast vibe is Pi Phi then Kappa. Top for smart, pretty, but fun vibe (more southern-ish) is Chi O then Theta. Definitely Big 4 and then the rest. Hope all the girls who dropped out of rush last year join TriDelt because that would be a great sorority.

phi mu had a pretty awkward pc. don’t think they’re quite mid tier just yet. but they’re definitely equal with tridelt, considering their pc

I actually think phi mu is solid right now with sdt. I haven’t met many awkward/weird types so far. And given their involvement Ian’s grades etc id say they’re above adpi than more than a little.
Agreed on aephi- I think they’ve been tanking since their suspension
