If ur gonna count one off campus frat (sig ep), then u gotta include 828 kappa sig and Sammy.

None of these ranks are “real” it’s more of a blob of relevant frats that appeal to specific types of people/friend groups. DTD, ZBT, and Phi Kap aren’t relevant and Sig ep and kappa Sig are on the decline. The rest of the frats pretty much the same level.
