people have cited the “proximity rule” as an explanation for why some sororities can’t colonize at tulane, but there’s no evidence that this rule even exists, according to sources from panhellenic. If this rule does apply, then 8 NPC sororities would be unable to colonize at Tulane due to the presence of chapters at nearby universities. These include Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Zeta, Sigma Kappa, Zeta Tau Alpha (all 4 have chapters at UNO), Alpha Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, and Gamma Phi Beta (chapters at Loyola). Regardless of this, potential sororities that may be coming to campus include Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Delta, and Alpha Phi.

Have heard TriDelt and APhi as options. ZTA won't come back because they tried to colonize a while ago and it didn't work.

Interested sororities are Alpha Phi, Tri Delt, Kappa Delta, AOPi, GPhiB and AXO.
