what's the deal with sig ep?

What's the deal with SigEp? Are they gone forever or what? Really sucks that the best frat had to leave. The frats that are left here are so lame. Sig Ep has hands down the hottest guys and best parties. There is no other frat that can take their place now. :(
I hope they continue to keep it going underground.
