After this year's rush, I wouldn't call Kappa most desirable. Their PC 19 sucks.

AEPhi is not top, but putting them on the same level as SDT and Phi Mu is insulting. There are no AEPhi’s that are not gorgeous and down to party. This pledge class also has girls who are getting involved on campus. So rank AEPhi as middle along with Theta as it has been for several years. One smoking pledge class does not make Theta top tier. SDT, Phi Mu, and ADPi are all lower tier. If Theta is top, so is AEPhi!
