I'd say the majority of girls and a good portion of guys are involved in Greek life. Even though rush is at the beginning of second semester for girls, sororities are a huge part of the school's culture and i can't speak for everyone involved but joining my sorority completely changed my social life and i couldn't imagine my college experience without my sisters!

I would say that it doesn’t make or break your social life like you don’t need to join one to find friends. But joining one is really fun and it’s a way to meet a lot of people.

Not gonna lie Tulane is a big Greek life school so if Greek life isn’t your thing don’t even bother going here

Meanwhile, most girls in sororities at Tulane are not from the south! Kappa and Pi Phi are full of New Yorkers and West Coasters and Theta loves girls from Chicago. Even Chi O is moving away from its southern image.
