Who gives af if a frat is underground? Doesn’t change anything but they just don’t have to follow nfc rules

There is a lot more than that. Being underground leads to unirginization, no alumni donations or help, no frat house, no real organized events (mixers) plus how are you supposed to know your dues aren’t going towards lbc sushi for whoever is in charge of the money (no safe guard/supervision of money)
