we need a tridelt they have such a good national rep and and are a top tier sorority at pretty much every school.

Except they’d be just like ADPi - which is a top house at many schools - new houses go to the bottom always. Even DDD. It wouldn’t solve the problem of people dropping when they don’t get a core four. It’d honestly just make it worse bc there’s be another house nobody would want to join.
