I feel like there is no top house this year. They all kinda suck. The best partying was honestly Phi Kap’s Christmas party because of the Jell-O shots. Zeta Psi has a lot of parties but the music sucks, it’s always too hot, and the guys are jerks.

i think this is sorta true based on the party stuff. zeta psi just by number have done so much this year i see them moving up. u forgot sig ep but honestly thats understandable given that they've thrown like 2 real parties? I might put SAE at the top tier but they don't have stuff super often

but i think we can all agree phi kap is indisputably bottom
