Sorry to everyone who gets offended but this is the truth based on objectively looking at the new pledge classes.

Chi O/Pi Phi
Kappa/Theta (Kappa loving down because of probation, Theta moving up because great pledge class)
AEPhi
Phi Mu (of/c have a couple average girls but a ton of gorgeous ones too which they deserve credit for, look at social media if you don’t trust me)
SDT/ADPi

Phi Mu is like 10% eh lower tier girls, 50% average, 40% beautiful. Not sure where to place them but agree they aren’t on the same level as ADPi anymore.

Thank you for not putting Theta on top top. Yes they had a better PC than normal but still not the top house and is definitely getting a little overhyped.
