rushing as a transfer

I’m going to be a transfer student at Tulane next year and really want to rush but everyone here is saying its super competitive even for freshman. Are my options going to be really limited because girls don’t want sophomores? I don’t care about how the ranking is on this site but if I rush and love a top house I don’t want to feel like its a definite no because I’m a sophomore. I’m just stressed I won’t have as many options as other girls do
