transfer chapters

if I’m in a chapter at a different school and transfer to tulane can i also transfer into a chapter here? Is it a difficult process?

I think once you have pledged a certain chapter no matter the school you can not transfer to a different one, even if the school you have transferred to doesn't have your chapter.
