what is the most liked sorority, not based on "tiers"

it really depends on who people know in each sorority. generally speaking, phi mu is probably the most liked/least hated sorority even though they aren’t top tier. you will rarely hear anyone say anything negative about them. of the more top tier sororities, chi o and theta are known as being pretty approachable and nice, with pi phi trailing just barely behind in that respect. no sorority is outright horrible though, don’t listen to people spreading rumors and lies.
