transfer rush frat

I'm a transfer so I wasn't able to do any of the OrgSync stuff first semester, can I still register or would that be a waste of 50$? Also should I even bother rushing as a transfer, I know rush supposedly happens in the spring but with bids being signed in a couple weeks I'd imagine PCs are already mostly sorted out.

A lot of bids have been given out but a certain number of spots in every pledge class is reserved for second semester. On top of that week one of second semester is full of rush events from every frat. I’d say it’s worth it.
