were kappa/piphi cuts pretty random?

I saw many weird cuts. Kind of seemed like mixups. Girls who would never want a bid from either sorority seemed to get asked back while girls who loved the sororitys did not.

the sororitys have to take a LOT into consideration with first cuts--there are national GPA cuts and they have to invite legacies back the first day
