did kappa actually base their pc on rush pictures?

Did they actually just look at pictures of the girls rushing to determine? Does it really have nothing to do with conversations? Does piphi or KKG look at social media? How do you get paired with people while at the top houses?

All houses look at your rush picture. I don’t think Kappa made their decisions solely based on the picture but it is considered. You’re judged on looks and 15 minutes of small talk, it’s kind of a shallow process but it’s just the way it works.
