Upper Mid
Theta/AEPhi

Lower Mid
SDT/Phi Mu

Low
ADPi

The top houses are all really desirable for different reasons. Theta and AEPhi are both either a total hit or miss looks and personality wise. SDT and Phi Mu are very close in terms of attractiveness and personalities (they just aren't super similar reputation wise). And lets be real... ADpi isn't any better than it was when it was started 5 years ago.

then aephi is a step down but still top

mid-tier is chi o, and theta and sig delt

bottom is phi mu/ adpi
