dtd upper middle tier?

They have been on the come-up since Spring Semester of 2013, and it's finally paying off. With their new pc, there is no reason to believe they shouldn't be alongside Sig Chi, Sig Ep and ZBT for Upper Middle Tier Top House.

Honestly would not lump ZBT into the Upper Middle Tier group with Sig Chi and Sig Ep. DTD are definitely on the rise, but might be second or third for Top House of the Upper Middle Tier. ZBT should be in the Middle Tier Top House conversation with Zeta Psi and 828.

I wouldn't say DTD is in this tier (maybe their close idk), but delts are known around campus for literally being the only guys above 5'7'' on campus... they have that going for them
