the real rankings and the top houses (per recruitment data from the past three years, drop rates, etc) are: kappa pi phi chi o... the rest and how you rank them are subjective, but those three are the hardest to get into.

Pretty true. Where people put aephi and theta are based on what you're more into. Probably with the lower tier as well. But agreed.. those three had good pc last year.
