Kappa did better than last year, chi o did the best, pi phi kinda sucked this year but they'll bounce back, and theta is slowly declining.

Compared to previous years recruiting power:

Chi o (as expected, hot new PC)
Kappa (as expected, hot new PC)
Pi phi (didn't meet quota, so bottom of top three)
Aephi (as expected, compared to typical PC)
Theta (as expected, a little better than previously)
Phi Mu (better than previously)
SDT (worse than previously)
Adpi (as expected)

The sororities must take a minimum number of girls - this number is called quota. It changes every year. Pi Phi gave out less bids than the minimum number (quota) set by Tulane's Panhel. This means that a lot of the girls that Pi Phi invited back during rush did not want to be in Pi Phi and chose to pledge other houses (Mostly Kappa and Chi O).

Chi o lies about getting 100% return which is not true....

Kappa and theta got really good PCs and tbh phi mu and SDT got a lot of girls who could've gone top tier. Chi os pledge class is hot, but they're cliquey and tend to be social climbers
