Their old reputation of "nice, blonde southern girls" doesn't really pertain anymore. A lot of them are very fake and cliquey. They have a low retainment rate for a reason. Some girls are great though and they are pretty active in some popular on campus organizations

Stop with the self ranking and Big 4 BS because Chi O is not the same Level as Pi Phi or Kappa. Chi O is mid tier and always has been.

Probably won’t take you unless you’re blonde and tan, they have had issues with racism in recruiting in the past. Have some shady ritual stuff and make their members do all sorts of things in their first year. Every girl pretends to be a good girl but they are all so judgmental, definitely Do NOT practice what they preach.

Chi o is just so chill and they actually have personalities unlike kappa and pi phi which are pretty overrated considering they have the worst rush and are cliquey - idk people say they’re mid but I think they’re cool
