Good house but overly hyped. More Theta level than Kappa and Pi Phi, but these gals party less and are more into boyfriends in Delt or Phi Kap. Terrible drop in girls the last 2 years.

Chi-O at Tulane is full of southern belles and Northeast girls who should have been born southern belles. They are sweet but also beautiful, classy, smart and above the material BS that plagues other top houses
