Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at Tulane University - TU 2.2 Chi O is not a top tier. This doesn't mean they are bad, but this doesnt mean they rival Kappa or Pi Phi. They have always been in upper middle. They are significantly better this year because AEPhi didn't rush, but normally those two go head to head for the 3rd best house.

So depending on if you like more well-rounded girls versus the 24/7 party girls, your opinion of chi o will differ. Recruited really well this year, solid top tier house.
