Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.7 Really nice guys!! I have always had a great time at their parties. They aren't the most popular on campus....so there parties are a little smaller, but always have great drinks and a chill time. The brotherhood is very solid

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.7 The safest frat to go to. Actually really nice guys but also know how to have fun. Don't have a house but it honestly hasn't been a too much of a problem, but it would be nice if they had one.

Only guy who could hold a conversation was pretty creepy and the rest act like they've never seen a girl before.
