Bottom tier but honestly nicest boys. Some of their darties are a hit and some are a miss just like other frats. Not known for being party crazy or anything like that but i’ve heard the brothers are close.

Fun parties, the guys arent douchebags with no prospects like Delt guys. Boys are flirty but not gropey, you know? Maybe a little shy, not the most confident guys on campus. Some of the smartest frat guys I’ve hung out with though

not a top frat, but they are underrated. the graduated phi kap brothers have been were odd, but the last few pcs have been good, and on the up trend. they have a great group of brothers right now, but their main problem is their name still keeps some of the repuation of the older and graduated members. once some time passes and people start to meet the newer classes and current brothers, I think next year theyll start to turn around their reputation.
