Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.0 Everyone that I know in this fraternity is pretty fun, but they need to get out more. They kind of stick to themselves. When they do throw parties, they're awesome. They just need more of them. I hear they're getting a house soon which will definitely help. Great at sports. They also seem like a really tight knit group of guys and the brotherhood aspect is very apparent. They have potential but they have to party more often and open themselves up to the rest of campus if they want to make it big.
