Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.4 not a top frat, but they are underrated. the graduated phi kap brothers have been were odd, but the last few pcs have been good, and on the up trend. they have a great group of brothers right now, but their main problem is their name still keeps some of the repuation of the older and graduated members. once some time passes and people start to meet the newer classes and current brothers, I think next year theyll start to turn around their reputation.
