I believe it is because of a lack of brotherhood and since their last year class carried them throughout the school year socially. Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.4 Their house is disgusting and in unliveable conditions. Brothers are very nonexistent on campus and their parties are always awful because of poor planning. Overall, a bottom to middle tier fraternity
