I believe it is because of a lack of brotherhood and since their last year class carried them throughout the school year socially. They have some weird guys in their most recent pledge class and blanket bid

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.4 Their house is disgusting and in unliveable conditions. Brothers are very nonexistent on campus and their parties are always awful because of poor planning. Overall, a bottom to middle tier fraternity
