Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.4 Overall brotherhood seems great, especially amongst the older guys. PC from spring I'm unsure the connection seems to be better with the older guys. They are coming back on campus for spring rush, but if they get their old house back and their next few pledge classes care they could come back.
