Good group of dudes. Type of frat that’s so into mixing w the top srats that they ask what the girls would want before every mixer. Apparently they’re pledging is finally ramping up compared to the 4 week walk in the park it used to be. With sigep falling sig chi is gonna keep rising plus kappa and pi phi are drooling over they’re latest pc.

theta is a mid tier sorority, always will be a mid tier sorority, and nothing more. they're social climbers who rat on the top tier houses to make themselves appear more attractive and appealing when rush comes along. no real sisterhood, every person i know hates thetas with a passion because they're snuck up snots.
