Hard to take seriously the word of someone who can't even spell. My "unbiased" view of Chi-O is that they are above average. They may not get the hottest pledges but they don't deserve any 1s or 2s either. Probably the smartest and most involved so they get 5 in that category. All the ones I've met are very nice and most people I know think highly of them.
