Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Iowa - UNI 5.0 Alpha Phi's have such a great sisterhood and you can truly tell that they are all friends and love being with one another. They are also very involved on campus in other organizations and all are so nice to be around. Their sisterhood is the best on campus.

They have horrible member retention because the members bully new members. If you don’t go out and get wasted every weekend, good luck! They have such a close sisterhood and from what I see in the outside, is that they always have each other’s backs. They have a very diverse chapter and not all the girls are blondes like everyone says. Such a fun group of girls to hang out with and to get to know!
