I don't know why phi sig is number three on here but long story short they are the weird girls who don't party and aren't necessarily the best looking

These girls are a high achieving non discriminatory group. Other organizations may not see a rhyme or reason to their recruiting but that's because they're a diverse group that doesn't follow the crowd.

This sorority is an overall chill group. They're never too caught up in the drama of popularity, aren't worried about what people think about them and know how to have a good time. I you like real people, these are the girls you want to know.

like someone else has posted, it's evident this sorority has problems with recruiting girls and as a result, give bids to everyone. I'm not sure why they have this problem, maybe it's looks? these girls are all so sweet and unique in their own way and will make you feel like you belong.

Phi Sig has had recruitment issues for a while. They have a unique stereotype...they' re kind of the super-liberal hippy girls. If you're into that then phi sig is the place for you. They are extremely involved on campus despite their smaller census than other sororities. Phi Sig is definitely not your typical sorority but that doesn't mean count them out.

These girls are all very fun but they are very eccentric and can get annoying really quick when they are drunk. They definitely have trouble getting as many girls as the other sororities and are kind of known for "taking what they can get" however they seem to be ridiculously close as sisters so it must work for them. They are very social people and are willing to talk to anyone no matter your greek affiliation.
