it's harsh though:

Cease and Desist through 5/31/16
Disciplinary Probation through 5/31/17
Social Probation through 5/31/17
Membership review by Alpha Epsilon Phi HQ by 4/1/16
Revised New Member Education Plan by 9/30/16

No social activities until basically Fall 2018, which means no formals/crushes/semi-formals/date nights/mixers/etc. That's gonna hurt their recruitment as a social sorority. They can improve on sisterhood and philanthropy, though.

also if they break this probation in any way, like try to hold a mixer anyway, they're SCREWED. as good as kicked off.
