top frats and why?

I am going to be a freshman at AU next year and looking to join a frat. As non-bias as possible, name the tops frats and why someone should join them?

oh yeah...pike is def douchey and kinda weird tbh. they think theyre much cooler than they are. not a bad frat, but not the best.
i dont know anything about lambda chi alpha and then zeta psi are just random nice guys who don't do much lol
