Sorority sorority

Most of my friends are in greek orgs, so here’s my view of how each one is.

Alpha Chi Omega: More of a preppy but cool girl, love to go out, girls are gorgeous and have style, definitely more of an exclusive vibe but some girls are extremely sweet and kind. Insta is aesthetic and bright. Kind of cliquey. Not much drama within the new class besides some COBS. Like to party and you’ll see them a lot at Sax and Opera. Always a top sorority at AU.

Alpha Epsilon Phi: Mix of girls but overall good vibes. Some really cool pretty girls mixed with a granola or city girl aesthetic. Somewhat cliquey with mixes of different friend groups. Majority love to party and will frequently see them out at Sax. Have been doing better the past few years with new member classes, see them active on campus a lot. Some drama between member classes. On the rise.

Chi Omega: Elitist and come off very cliquey but girls are always pretty. Very much give off city girl and rich girl aesthetic. They really only like each other and do come off thinking they’re better than the other sororities, kind of judgy too. See them out last semester at Sax and Opera. Some scandals over the last few years, but they are still on top, although I don’t know if it’s because they think they’re better than everyone or the elitist part. Do not see them in campus events much. Solid top sorority for a while now and will stay on top.

Delta Gamma: Very much cool girl vibes mixed with old money and granola. Some of the girls in this chapter are very sweet and energetic while others are more cliquey and meaner. There’s been some drama between member classes talking bad about each other, but fam lines are solid. Always have tables out and mix with a lot of frats. The new member class has a mix of girls but some are the coolest. Another top sorority.

Phi Mu: They give off cool girl but sweet vibes. Definitely are not known to party, though some do a lot, and are more studious. They used to be a better sorority but because of some drama and new member classes, they are not doing as well. Used to see them on campus a lot more and now don’t. Some of the girls are very pretty and sweet, while others are more rude. They are overall on the decline but still a solid high mid tier sorority.

Sigma Delta Tau: They give off a mix of cooler girls with more weird girls. They are very active in campus activities and with other orgs which is a plus. Lots of drama sometimes. Some extremely sweet kind girls while others are judgy and rude. Seem to be on the rise with more popularity and getting more girls. Always see them out at Sax. Overall a solid mid tier sorority that can be on the rise.

Sigma Kappa: They give off a mix of sweet and weird girl vibes. The instagram only really posts some of the new member classes that seems cooler and very pretty. Not a very popular chapter here but some girls are the nicest people. Somewhat offputting vibes too depending on who you talk to. They have not been on the rise or on the decline, they just have stayed the same.
