More than 30 years ago, SigEp’s Balanced Man Program revolutionized the fraternal world by ending pledging and offering continuous, self-paced development for every brother. Today, some SigEp chapters are piloting a modernized Balanced Man Program that is further adapted to the needs of today's students. Through fun and engaging group activities, the program enriches each brother’s life at every stage of his college journey, from acclimating to college as a freshman to graduating prepared for life after college. Nah lowkey PSK wasn’t even that good last year, sigchi and sae just stumbled a bit, PSK is solid lower top, they just need to start improving brotherhood and outreach

Ok the brothers are hot - some are rlly chill but others are high maintenance a-holes. They also threw more parties than usual but they were quantity over quality tbh
