Frat Ranksssss going into 2022

1. Sigep - by far the best past 2 pledge classes and they rent out clubs every weekend. Most popular amongst sororities. Could get a better house
2. Pike - Great house parties and strong brotherhood - avg height 5’6
3. PSK - Some handsome guys. Only got 2 recruits in the past 2 pledge classes so future is looking tough
4. SAMMY - small frat but chill guys with good house parties. Kind of underground
5. AEPI - the nice guys
6. SAE - they have like 8 guys. More of a friend group than a frat. Small house too
7. Sig Chi - Republicans
8. Beta - kinda nerdy but sweet guys
9. Alpha Sig - Weird Republicans
10. ZETA - may have disbanded

SigEp is committed to being a different kind of student organization – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college student's life. SigEp is unique in that our organization and all events are substance free by choice and we respect everyone's pronouns. The members feel that the personhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage other student organizations toward eradicating dangerous, illegal alcohol consumption and policing microaggressions and toxic masculinity.

Zeta disbanded but ZBT hasn't. Put ZBT above Alpha Sig. ZBT are pretty outgoing but quirky and probably won't last another 2 years. Also SAE had 7 guys before their fall '21 pc which was 13 guys, however I think at least 1 or two got kicked out. It's still very small. They have fun parties and I always feel safe. Sig Chi above SAE and probably AEPI as well. Some guys of Sig Chi are actually attractive. IDK if Pike is above Sammy and PSK yet, but it is definitely on the come up. I personally think guys in PSK are kind of strange.

The vast majority of students coming here do not want to join Greek life. In other words, harmful stereotypes about fraternities as drinking clubs harm recruitment. At SigEp, our substance-free fraternity is a differentiating factor and is a huge competitive advantage. Our substance-free fraternity provides a support system for doing what students actually want from their college experience.

In all honesty, if SigEp's ban on drinking was the sole reason a potential new member didn't want to join SigEp they likely wouldn't be a good fit for SigEp. Alcohol has become a central focus of fraternity life at our school and SigEp's wants to demonstrate clearly that SigEp's priorities lie with preparing our men to become confident, values based leaders.
