So i keep seeing dg xo axo being posted on here, what makes each one a top sorority is chi o good and just hated because of their scandal? do they all have scandals? what’s the criteria

The hottest chicks are between chi o and axo and then dg after. Phi mu got some standouts too but as a whole nah.
