what should greek orgs do?
by: dear anonymousa lot of anonymous claims and stories named individuals who did bad things. what should greek orgs do? an org knows the members who was called out but they may not know who called those people out. who should they believe and why?

I know plenty of survivors who have gone directly to frats with their experiences only to have them be ignored. don’t be acting like this anonymous page is the first time plenty of these orgs are hearing about their problematic members....

Agreed. This is only going by an anonymous form that can be posted by ANYBODY. Yes believe Survivors but have you also heard of the phrase “don’t believe everything you see on the internet.” People have came forward in saying that they posted false stories to see the accuracy of the account. We can’t only go by these anonymous forms that some so called went to AU or the Frat but will only post anonymously

There are also greek orgs on campus who have been under investigation by AU due to false claims of hazing submitted by people under AU’s anonymous form. The same is happening here with this Instagram account, claiming they’re giving survivors a voice when in reality aren’t helping them get the resources they need. No one should be falsely accused the same way no ones should be assaulted. The insta page and anonymous form isn’t helping either way.

Yes believe all of the posts on the insta page where people have said they posted false claims to test the accuracy. Of course some posts are true but others are trolls. You can’t throw someone’s name out there falsely accusing someone on an anonymous form or fabricate the story and not expect the worst. Thats just cyber bullying at its finest.
