FINAL Frat Rankings 2020

PSK, DChi, Pike
These are the traditional top 3. DChi had a bad PC this spring so they're moved from #1 to #2. If they have a bad one again, it'll be time to reconsider whether they should even be in top tier. But because it was only one bad rush, they'll stay up there. I really like PSK's pledge class. Pike did average.

SigEp, Sammy, SigChi
This one will probably be the most controversial so I'll give my reasoning for each.
SigEp has really nice guys that you'll definitely want to be friends with. Their parties are good and they have a big presence on campus. They were #4 last year and I'm not sure they've done anything to change that one way or the other so they'll stay at #4.
Sammy on the other hand has absolutely started climbing. Their parties are hella fun and the dudes are chill. They were around #7 or 8 last year but they've definitely earned #5 this year.
SigChi is maybe a little quieter on campus but they definitely have their circle and their circle loves them. To be honest I'm not close to many SigChis but I hear really good things.

AEPi, Delt, SAE
If tier 2 showcases alot of frats on the up, this one show frats on the steep decline. AEPi has pretty much no presence on campus anymore since last years incident. Delt used to be cool a few years ago but I've been to some of their parties this year and now they're just weird. Also their past few pledge classes are wack AF. SAE is SAE although they actually had an OK PC this year.

Beta, ZBT, Zeta Psi
I have less to say as frats get lower. These guys throw parties full of freshmen who grow out of it within a few weeks.

Alpha Sig, Lambda

Mostly agree with this. I’d switch the order of the second tier because sig chi is definitely above squidep. Also laughed at the fact that you had nothing to say about Alpha sig and lambda. Nicely done

I agree with everything except I’d switch top/uppermid to be:
Sammy/Dchi
SigEp
Why? Because Sammy took pretty much all of Dchi’s pledge class, putting them on a decline, but Dchi didn’t slide so much that they’d be below SigEp (and those two aren’t really the same vibe at all).

SAM still has more than 10 pledges i think so it ain't that bad. The ones who dropped were simps lol

Would knock down Dchi to the 2nd tier and SigChi to the 3rd, and would put sammy above sigep. Otherwise pretty much spot on

sig chi is way too high. the only adjustments id make are move sae behind aepi, sig chi behind sae, and delt behind sig chi.
