am I crazy or does it seem like this school has no tier system whatsoever? Every damn chapter seems to think its the best thing to ever exist. Is this an AU thing?

only some of the chapters feel that way, i won't name which ones, because i think it is obvious which chapters think they run the school.. but there really is no strong tier system
