1. alpha chi undoubtably has been making strides with diversity. good for them and making their sisterhood diversity a priority for the right reasons

2. sdt has really improved from hard work of leadership, and are really solidifying a genuine improvement. sisters seem happier and proud of their org, and less weird but more genuine sweet, fun yet quieter girls.

3. phi mu is really popping off and I can see their really living their best life, the girls go out more and more and are becoming really socially relevant on campus. I think they could be in the weird upper middle tier with axid after one more round of recruitment. good work.
