Sign up with IFC first off. Frats generally have a schedule of open and invite only rush events that go on during rush week, all starting with “meet IFC.” Basically you pick and choose which events to go to after meeting everyone on day one, if they like you you get called back to closed rush, if they still like you they bid you and you find out a few days later

Let's say your chapter recruits a member in March. The members in the Sigma challenge have already completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester.
