sophomore going through spring recruitment

I’m a sophomore going through spring recruitment and am worried about getting blacklisted from a sorority because a girl doesn’t like me. If I have several other friends in the sorority can I really get blacklisted? Not sure how the recruitment process works and if every member is involved

I know a few girls who went through recruitment and had to talk to girls that didn’t like them or didn’t like their friends who are members of the sorority. This can affect your chances.

So is it only based on who you talk to? If I don’t end up talking to the person then I’ll be fine?

Honestly do you really want to be part of an org where some of the girls outright hate you?? Doesn’t sound good to me

It’s only one girl and I don’t think she hates me. We just didn’t get along. But I’m really good friends with lots of other girls in the org

tbh you could be out of that sorority if they do outside information on potential new members. if most of the girls don’t know you, but the news is announced that one sister doesn’t like you, you could be a No. but, if you do have people who can vouch for you, then the girls should see that the one sister is being petty. Don’t let this stop you!
