What was chi o like? I didn't make it to their table. They looked like they had a lot of energy but I was put off from what I've heard.

they were actually nice. like super sweet girls and really energetic. I don't know what to think because of the history, but I liked the girl I talked to a lot. so guess I'll see in recruitment

I really hope the rumors aren't true because I liked the girls too (was by far my favorite one) but I won't go to a sorority that hazes

the new girls they took this semester were being hazed for months, hate to break it to you but their "ritual" and "tradition" as they call I'm pretty sure is still in effect.

Also make sure you figure out if the girl you're talking to actually goes to AU... Their nationals has been sending people from other universities to make them look better. You could be getting false advertisement

I was really surprised but, I went in thinking I wasn't going to like alpha chi and they're now my #1.
SDT was nice just a little too shy for me, I thought Phi Mu was a little too pushy

the freshman on here are really just completely falling for chi o’s plan. They still haze. I literally watched them haze their pledges at heist and they do much worse behind closed doors. if you want to join a sorority where your “sisters” will make your life hell and haze you, chi o is where to go. otherwise, the rest of the organizations on campus are actually genuine, nice and care about their sisters. Trust what older girls on here are saying, we actually know the chi o girls and know what’s happening bc we’ve seen it this semester. they are purposefully trying to hid it from freshman to get their next class.

I agree with a lot of what people are saying on here. I had NO intention of going to the chi o table because of the hazing rumors but ended up having a really good and genuine conversation with one of the girls. So now my top are:

-chi o
-axid
But really I'm just super excited about recruitment now!!

^^^ same here! I practically avoided eye contact with Chi O at all costs until the end because of all the rumors but they actually were the most encouraging women and the most supportive of the other sororities by saying that every sorority is great and that it will be easy to find your place! They were the most genuine. Still nervous about hazing rumors tho!
